Fortify the Body

Being conscious about your physical body creates the stamina you need to achieve your dreams. Proper wellness and self-awareness for the body leads to clarity in the mind. To fuel your dreams, you must first fuel your body!

If you are one of those people who believes what is on the inside is more important than what is on the outside, we’re in perfect agreement. But it doesn’t mean you can let the outside go to ruin!

If you can’t motivate yourself to do anything, it might be because you are not eating, resting, and exercising properly and getting the right preventive medical and dental care. You can’t ignore your body and expect it to keep functioning for you year after year.

Exercise | eat well | lose weight

Get some sleep. Take a walk every day. Stop eating so much processed food and make it a point to have a piece of fruit every day. Get an annual checkup and get your teeth cleaned.

This is not something you can do over later, and the longer you wait to treat your body right, the harder it will be to get healthy. Do you really want to give up your biggest goals and relationships because you are just too damn sick and tired to maintain them?

Stop treating your body like crap.
