If it’s been a while, we’ve got just the thing for you. We love talking about how to live the good life here, but we think it is about time we started walking the talk a little bit more.
This fall we are launching Try Something New, a regular dose of “this is how you do it” goodness sent right to your email box.
Each edition of Try Something New will be bursting with the good stuff on how to live the good life:
- Information on how to do something new - physical, mental, emotional, everyday, once-in-a-lifetime, and sometimes just plain goofy stuff. If you’ve ever wanted to walk a tightrope, write a book, ride a motorcycle, learn to meditate, or any of a million other things, this is for you.
- An interview with a beginner just like you who has done this new thing, including how they recommend for you to prepare, tips to make the experience better, and even pictures and video to bring it to life.
- Resources to help you try the new experience yourself, if you want. Books, companies, programs, schools, products, websites - whatever it takes for you to get started on the task yourself.
We currently have a list of about 50 new things to try, things you could do in one day and things that might take a while longer. But we aren’t interested just in what we want to try. We want to know what YOU want to try.
So let us know via email or in the comments below some of the things you’ve wanted to try but just haven’t gotten around to yet. Maybe you want to learn a new language or make bread or ride a horse or ask for a raise. Maybe you want to go to clown school or learn origami or paint a picture. The world is your oyster, and your wish is our command. We’ll get you the information, the voice of experience, and the tools to do it yourself.
We are really excited to bring things up a notch around here and put a little action alongside our terrific discussions with you on how to live the good life. (And we are more than a little bit interested to hear what you want to try!)
Early signup for the Try Something New email is here.
Life is short. Live your dream.
